Magatte had a mission to see 2.5 billion prosperous Africans by 2050 and a message the world needed to hear. Then the audience caught up to the message. Across the engagement, Magatte's content drew nearly 12 million views. Her Instagram following grew 307% while total views rose more than 1,400%, with one post alone reaching 1.4 million people. Her Substack found readers in 45 US states and 89 countries. And among her new followers on X were Jeff Bezos and Joe Rogan, two of the most influential people on the planet.

The momentum outlasted the engagement. In 2024, The Heart of a Cheetah was endorsed by the President of Argentina, and Magatte was invited to address the United States Congress. The book had done what a book is supposed to do: it took a leader who was already remarkable and made her impossible to ignore. Charlie partnered with Magatte before Author.Inc was founded.
