Is $60,000 the whole price for Publish?

Yes for everything listed on the Publish card. Audiobook production, a custom author site, and similar add-ons are quoted on top when you want them, and they are optional.

How is payment structured?

Draft, Publish, and Scale are paid in installments tied to milestones, and your publishing invitation lays out the exact dates. Scale Marketing Only is $20,000 to begin and $10,000 a month for twelve months, or $125,000 paid in full.

Why is Scale $180,000 when Publish and Scale Marketing Only add up to $200,000?

Because you commit to the client work up front, we can start it during book planning, and the two engagements share strategy, recordings, and a calendar. The $20,000 comes off for signing both together.

Can I start with Draft and move up to Publish?

Yes. Draft authors can upgrade to Publish at any point, and the manuscript, book plan, and recordings all carry forward.

Who is Scale built for?

Founders running a business at $2M to $10M+ a year, with a proven offer at $25,000 or more and a client lifetime value of $100,000 or more. If your offers sit between $5,000 and $25,000, Scale DIY gives you the same system to run yourself.

What is the Scale guarantee?

Twelve months is the engagement. If the new business Scale produces has not covered what you paid by the end of it, our fees stop and we keep working with you until it has.

My book was published elsewhere. Can I still do Scale?

Yes. Scale Marketing Only is the same program for a book that already exists, whoever published it.

What do I own at the end?

Everything. Copyright, ISBN, royalties, and every account are in your name. On Scale, the CRM, the campaign materials, the media list, and the content vault run on your logins and stay with you.
