When our authors need an executive coach, we send them to you. When your clients are ready for a book, you send them to us.

When an author asks us for a coach, the intro goes to a partner we can vouch for. This page is how you get on that list.
Talk about a seat→One name, when the timing is real. If they sign, you earn $3–10K and stay their coach.
Send a name→The CEO who has said “I want to write a book” for three years. They're stuck on the idea, want the professionalism & authority of traditional publishing combined with the speed, control and ownership of self-publishing. If their clients are high-ticket or they want to get on stages, the book pays for itself many times over.
A stuck book idea makes your job harder. Getting their book done makes it easier.
We handle the call, the scoping, and everything after the signature.
When our authors need a coach, we intro them to our partners.
Get $3K - $10K for every client that signs with us.
Geoff Woods started with an audience of about 2,000 LinkedIn followers. We built The AI-Driven Leader with him. First draft in 39 days. Published in five months. The book hit #1 in AI, sold 100,000 copies in year one, set $10 million of new business in motion, and doubled his keynote fee. Then Tony Robbins asked him to open.

See Publishing Only→Charlie has spent his career uncovering what makes a nonfiction business book produce results. He understands which ideas are worth building a book around, how to structure one so a reader can act on it, and how to ensure the author’s voice and expertise are preserved.

Charlie teaches “How to Build a Book That Grows Your Company” for masterminds and offsites. He teaches; one sentence about us is the whole pitch.
Ask about a session→Speak it, publish in 6–8 months, keep 100% of the IP.
Talk about your book→No. If Charlie is invited, he teaches the session. One honest sentence about what we do. Nobody is closing from the stage.
No. Charlie’s session is for coaches who already have a room, and it is optional. The partnership itself runs on intros, which work 1:1.
Good. Authors who have done it once know the upside. We are asking about the clients who have been talking about theirs for two years.
Then send the ones who are outside your imprint’s lane. We are here for the books that need a different home.
Anyone who is not an executive we would put our name on. Life-coach clients, “I have always wanted to tell my story,” and books that are really a brochure.
They do by speaking it. A book director runs the sessions. The pages sound like them because they are them.
Custom, we quote on a call. Rates start at $35K to craft the manuscript. If the math does not work for the company, we say so.
$3–10K on every author you send who signs. Terms in writing after the first call, and the fee pays on a signature.
When one of our authors asks about coaching, partners get the intro. Fit decides which one: stage of company, what the author needs, and whether we can vouch for the match.
Vouching runs in both directions. We can only send authors to coaches whose work we know well, and that caps the list.
Tell us how your practice works and who you coach. We are interviewing now, and the list stops at five. The call is with a cofounder.
