The partnership

A partnership that runs both ways.

From us to you

Our authors, sent your way

When an author asks us for a coach, the intro goes to a partner we can vouch for. This page is how you get on that list.

From you to us

Your clients, sent our way

One name, when the timing is real. If they sign, you earn $3–10K and stay their coach.

Send a name
Who to send

The CEO who has said “I want to write a book” for three years. They're stuck on the idea, want the professionalism & authority of traditional publishing combined with the speed, control and ownership of self-publishing. If their clients are high-ticket or they want to get on stages, the book pays for itself many times over.

The partnership

Why this is an easy yes.

A stuck book idea makes your job harder. Getting their book done makes it easier.

One author

From 2,000 followers to opening for Tony Robbins.

Geoff Woods started with an audience of about 2,000 LinkedIn followers. We built The AI-Driven Leader with him. First draft in 39 days. Published in five months. The book hit #1 in AI, sold 100,000 copies in year one, set $10 million of new business in motion, and doubled his keynote fee. Then Tony Robbins asked him to open.

How the book gets written

They talk. We build the book in their voice.

01

Talking points first

Chapter talking points, mapped with a Book Director.

02

Two days in Austin

They talk for two days, in Austin or remote. That produces every word we need.

03

Their voice on the page

Zero AI-generated content. The process won Zapier’s AI Innovator of the Year.

The full process is on the how-it-works page.

The services

Three ways to work with us.

Three builds, three prices. The right one depends on where the manuscript stands.

Questions

What coaches ask on the first call

Will you pitch my group?
+

No. If Charlie is invited, he teaches the session. One honest sentence about what we do. Nobody is closing from the stage.

Do I have to have a mastermind?
+

No. Charlie’s session is for coaches who already have a room, and it is optional. The partnership itself runs on intros, which work 1:1.

What if they already have a book?
+

Good. Authors who have done it once know the upside. We are asking about the clients who have been talking about theirs for two years.

What if I already publish my own authors?
+

Then send the ones who are outside your imprint’s lane. We are here for the books that need a different home.

Who do you turn down?
+

Anyone who is not an executive we would put our name on. Life-coach clients, “I have always wanted to tell my story,” and books that are really a brochure.

Who writes it?
+

They do by speaking it. A book director runs the sessions. The pages sound like them because they are them.

What does it cost them?
+

Custom, we quote on a call. Rates start at $35K to craft the manuscript. If the math does not work for the company, we say so.

How does the fee work?
+

$3–10K on every author you send who signs. Terms in writing after the first call, and the fee pays on a signature.

How do authors get sent to me?
+

When one of our authors asks about coaching, partners get the intro. Fit decides which one: stage of company, what the author needs, and whether we can vouch for the match.

Why only 3–5 coaches?
+

Vouching runs in both directions. We can only send authors to coaches whose work we know well, and that caps the list.
